We’re Hiring – Process Design Engineer (Oil & Gas / EPC)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Company: GTC Energy Private Limited
We are seeking an experienced Process Design Engineer to join our engineering team and lead the design, optimization, and safety of complex process systems for oil & gas and EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and perform mass & energy balance calculations.
Size and specify process equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, compressors, etc.).
Conduct HAZOP, SIL studies and relief system design.
Prepare technical datasheets, line lists, and process control philosophies.
Collaborate with mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical teams for seamless integration.
Support commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
8–15 years of process design experience in oil & gas, refinery, gas compressor unit, central processing unit, petrochemical, or EPC sector.
Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS / UniSim and familiarity with codes & standards (API, ASME, IS).
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
