Perform review of modeling and analysis done by fellow engineers. Validation and testing of simulation model with actual site data/ pilot test data Understand analysis results and present them in a lucid manner to Stakeholders Conducting status meetings and discussions with various Project Stakeholders. Job Requirements Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) in compliance with industry standards. Perform process simulations and calculations to optimize system design. Conduct heat and material balance calculations and prepare process datasheets for equipment and instruments. About the Job: We are currently seeking Technical Leads in low carbon technologies with a focus on the application and implementation of low carbon technologies that results in Low carbon fuels and carbon reduction to join our team based in Chennai, Mumbai, and Noida. This will include feasibility studies, business case development, configuration, technology selection, performance estimates, cost estimating, and technical due diligence. Providing input and details on scope, execution, and schedule for Study Proposals in any one of the above-mentioned technologies. This will include leading and supporting written proposals. Provide necessary support in sales opportunities, demonstrating expertise while explaining options. Help business development team in preparing technical proposals and representations as needed. Identify technology startups, research institutes, consultants working in low carbon technologies and explore techno commercial alignment with them. Deliver expertise in non-standard or complex projects as lead and provide guidance to team during project execution. Handling of technical queries from clients during and after project execution. About You Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: Post graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering and minimum overall experience of 15 years of which at least 5 years in any of the mentioned technologies. Familiarity with the commercial and latest Carbon Capture technologies and the comparison with each is an added advantage. Process modelling knowledge using Aspen/HYSYS, PROII. Good knowledge and interest in developing new process designs and layouts. Should be capable of driving the conceptual studies independently.
