Your new role – challenging and future- oriented Preparation of 1-D flow models in AFT Arrow and AFT Fathom to perform steady state simulation of Gas Turbine auxiliary systems like Fuel gas, Fuel oil, Secondary air system, Lube oil, etc. Perform Transient simulation/ Surge Analysis for liquid and gas systems using software like AFT Impulse and AFT Xstream. Perform review of modeling and analysis done by fellow engineers. About The Job Process Job Engineer is required to Work on Basic, FEED or detailed engineering design complied with Refinery / Petrochemical project requirements. About the Job Working on Basic, FEED or detailed engineering design complied with project requirements Referring to specific duties and responsibilities Develop broad and professional process engineering competencies to provide future engineering capacity with process group Accountable for successful completion of assigned engineering tasks and preparation of process engineering documents Performing design activities assigned by Process Lead Engineer Preparing process equipment and instrument related documents for project requirement within a given time frame Working with information, checking for accuracy of documents Refer to technical manuals and prepare process deliverables Understanding the required outcomes of a particular procedures Providing design inputs to drafting Review design documents / drawings prepared by the design team Keep up to date with new developments of standards, process soft-wares, procedures and implement it to the day to day work Together with the process team develop sizing calculations for Process equipments (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, distillation columns, compressors, separators, reactors etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment data sheet Perform line size calculations Perform hydraulic calculations Perform necessary pump NPSH calculations Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations Prepare process specifications, drawings (PFD, P&IDs etc.) and process deliverables. Mainly as listed below: a) Process Design basis b) Process flow diagrams c) Heat and mass heat balance d) P&I diagrams e) Material selection diagrams f) Line list g) Equipment list h) Process data sheets for equipments i) Instrument data sheet j) Control philosophy k) Cause & effect sheets About You B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical engineering from reputed university and Min. 10 - 18 years experience in Process Design and Engineering. About the Job: We are currently seeking Technical Leads in low carbon technologies with a focus on the application and implementation of low carbon technologies that results in Low carbon fuels and carbon reduction to join our team based in Chennai, Mumbai, and Noida. This includes: Green Ammonia and Methanol. Circularity (plastic recycling). Carbon capture Biofuels (SAF, ethanol-X, marine biofuels) Responsibilities: Technical lead for projects/studies in any one of the above-mentioned technologies (preferred carbon capture). This will include feasibility studies, business case development, configuration, technology selection, performance estimates, cost estimating, and technical due diligence. Provide necessary support in sales opportunities, demonstrating expertise while explaining options. Help business development team in preparing technical proposals and representations as needed.
