Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join our team in the Western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality recipes and presentations for various dishes.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
