Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie - Asian to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal usage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and its techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
