Role Overview We are looking for a talented and passionate Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. You will work on concept development, space planning, design detailing, and client coordination across a wide range of projects from residences to cafes and commercial spaces. Key Responsibility Areas • Execute hot kitchen menu items (sandwiches, brunch plates, daily specials) with consistency and speed • Support Head chef in mise en place, prep, and service • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAl standards • Train and guide commis; work as a team to deliver during service • Monitor wastage, portion control, and food quality • Assist in creating and testing new café menu items Qualifications • Culinary diploma/degree preferred • 1-3 years experience in hot kitchen or café/restaurant service
