You will be in charge of formulating strategies, overseeing top-of-the-funnel activities, meeting MQL objectives, and contributing to revenue generation through marketing efforts. By joining us, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI for enterprises. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to enhance lead generation, engagement, and sales conversions. - Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing email, social media, webinars, events, and digital advertising. - Manage and optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. - Ensure effective distribution of content across various channels to maximize reach and engagement. - Analyze marketing program outcomes meticulously, derive insights, and present results cogently to facilitate decision-making. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on target audiences, key messages, and sales collateral. - Coordinate with product teams to comprehend the features and benefits of new releases and integrate them into marketing strategies. - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends. **Requirements:** - Possess 6+ years of experience in a demand generation role, primarily within a SaaS startup, preferably in AI or SalesTech. - Demonstrate an excellent grasp of analyzing and optimizing conversion rates throughout the sales and marketing funnel. - Proficient in A/B testing and adept at operating swiftly to match the pace of a startup. - Extensive skills in marketing technology and automation systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. - Showcase a track record of successful delivery of earned (SEO/SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), and owned channels (web, webinar, podcast) demand generation programs. - Direct experience in managing SDRs or a proven record of collaborating effectively with AE and SDR teams.,
