Job Title: Recruitment Operations & Delivery Manager
Location: Remote
Regions: USA and India
Shift Time - 9pm - 6am IST (PST Time Zone)
Role Summary-
This role combines recruitment operations leadership with delivery ownership. You will act as a central point of coordination between recruiters and clients — ensuring only vetted, quality candidates are submitted and that our internal processes scale efficiently.
Experience & Key Responsibilities -
- 8–12 years in recruitment/staffing, including experience managing delivery teams and operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience with candidate screening, resume QC, and client submissions.
- Prior experience in contract staffing / vendor-based hiring.
- Proven ability to manage large pipelines across multiple roles, industries, and geographies.
- Strong command over ATS tools (e.g., JobDiva, CEIPAL) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and act on insights.
- Resume Qualification & Submission Management.
- Review and approve resumes before submission to clients, ensuring alignment with job descriptions and quality standards.
- Act as a gatekeeper to ensure only the most suitable candidates are sent forward.
Standardize resume formats, client notes, and submittal communication.
Candidate Delivery Oversight -
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle — from sourcing status and interviews to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain delivery trackers, drive closure timelines, and follow up on client feedback.
- Proactively identify at-risk pipelines and suggest corrective actions.
Team Productivity & Performance -
- Set and monitor recruiter KPIs (submissions, interviews, closures, TAT).
- Conduct weekly reviews and performance check-ins with recruiters.
- Identify training needs, tools, or process gaps that hinder productivity.
Operations & Process Optimization -
- Own recruitment process documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
- Administer ATS/CRM platforms; ensure adoption and data hygiene.
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize team collaboration using tools like Sheets, ATS automations, scheduling apps, etc.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication -
- Generate weekly and monthly dashboards for management and client reporting.
- Forecast hiring requirements by account and flag bandwidth risks.
- Support business reviews and escalation handling.
Vendor & Compliance Management -
- Manage job board vendors, resume databases, and other tech partners.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, data privacy regulations, and compliance needs across USA and India.
Nice To Have -
Worked with offshore delivery or sourcing teams.
Familiarity with RPO/staffing setups or VMS tools.
