Job Title: CRM Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Offshore Preferably Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune Job Type: Contract / Permanent (based on client needs) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of scalable CRM solutions that support key business processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize solutions using D365 CE (Dynamics CRM) , including custom entities, workflows, plugins, and JavaScript. Build and manage applications using Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI as part of the Power Platform ecosystem. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements. Integrate D365 CE with other systems and services via web services, APIs, and custom connectors. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and follow best practices and Microsoft guidelines. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing. Provide support for existing D365 CE environments and troubleshoot any issues. Required Skills: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in D365 CE development. Strong knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate , and Power BI . Experience with custom development (Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, C#, .NET). Familiarity with Dataverse , Azure services , and integration patterns . Good understanding of CRM business processes , such as sales, marketing, and customer service. Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have: Microsoft certifications in D365 or Power Platform . Experience working in Agile environments. Exposure to DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or Git.
