Mandatory Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Having strong Delivery Manager with 15+ years of relevant experience in project management.
  • setting program standards, managing interdependencies between projects, and providing training and support to project teams
  • Strong experience in managing programs .
  • Expertise in executive reporting, presentation, and communications
  • Experience in CXO and 1 downs interactions and coordination
  • Should have strong experience in budget management through PPM and reporting.
  • Knowledge in Power BI reporting or automation is value add.
  • Focuses on communication, resource allocation and risk management
  • Prepare status report and report to stakeholders. Able to prepare presentation based on thought process discussed in the team and leadership meeting
  • Ensuring projects align with business goals
  • Tracking the progress of each project
  • Setting deadlines for specific tasks.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Insurance business processes.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
  • Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
  • Self-Motivated with strong delivery focus.

Qualification:

  • Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
