Currently we are designing and building up our new Managed Service Platform for ParentPay Germany. Based on our newest tech stack, our new modular system should fit into the new upcoming landscape of ParentPay Group. It is your mission to quickly build up, lead and mentor our new local Feature Team and to connect it to the German Product Management team. Furthermore, our legacy products require technical assistance. Tech Stack and used technologies: Microsoft dot.net, C#, MS SQL, Unity Framework, API. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Build Up, lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and testers to deliver high-quality features. Agile Practices: Implement and promote agile methodologies, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and continuously improves. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating communication and cooperation among team members and stakeholders. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of features, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any impediments or challenges that arise, maintaining team productivity and morale. Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience as an Agile Team Lead or similar role, especially Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Excellent leadership, English communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Experience with agile project & knowledge management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, …). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Intercultural skills to connect between Germany and your local Feature Team Availability to coordinate requirements across different time zones Experience with ParentPay Group and its field of products and services is an advantage Knowledge of the German market, culture and/or language is a plus, but not mandatory Show more Show less
