Role Description

Job Title: Program Delivery Manager / Portfolio Manager Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore Experience Range: 15–20 Years

Role Summary

Under guidance, deliver large and complex programs (Total Contract Value: $5M–$10M) within budget and schedule, ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes. Implement robust governance models, apply financial and delivery levers to optimize profitability, and foster innovation across multi-disciplinary teams (60–100 associates).

Must-Have Skills

Program & Project Delivery

Proven experience managing large-scale programs ($5M–$10M TCV).
Expertise in program governance, RACI matrix, RAID logs, and milestone tracking.
End-to-end project lifecycle management including budgeting, scheduling, and scope control.
Strong command over delivery metrics and stakeholder management.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Capable of managing and mentoring large teams (60–100 associates).
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering team engagement.
Excellent client-facing skills, ability to drive SteerCo meetings and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management

P&L ownership for portfolios valued at $5M–$10M.
Cost optimization, pricing strategies, and outcome-based pricing implementation.
Proven ability to meet or exceed profitability and growth targets (10–15% YoY).

Technology & Innovation

Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Understand technology roadmaps, frameworks, and product lifecycles.
Able to guide solution architecture teams and recommend tools/frameworks for delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to multiple industry domains (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
Experience forecasting business requirements and analyzing market trends.
Familiarity with licensing models and integrated pricing strategies.
Experience working with global delivery models (Onsite/Offshore coordination).
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (SAFe, CSM).
Experience with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Power BI.

Implement governance models, track milestones, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Drive account growth through service improvement and value-added propositions.
Provide thought leadership to foster innovation and develop future-ready teams.
Track and improve delivery margins and optimize cost structures.
Enable smooth change management and risk mitigation across the portfolio.
Translate client needs into actionable strategies and UST-aligned solutions.
