HealthProof is seeking a Delivery Manager who, under the guidance of the Delivery DirectorVP of Delivery, will be responsible for leading maintenance and enhancement support projects across multiple accounts within a shared Agile Services model. The role involves managing project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring high client satisfaction. The Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with health plan clients, third-party vendors, and both onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely completion of enhancements and maintenance activities. As a Delivery Manager at HealthProof, this is your opportunity to: - Assume overall responsibility for a successful maintenance of Health plan ecosystem offering for healthcare payor using HealthEdge HealthRules suite and other participating vendors for the client. - Lead the delivery and ongoing maintenance of Health Plan ecosystem solutions for healthcare payors using the HealthEdge HealthRules suite and other vendor platforms. - Develop and execute comprehensive program management plans, ensuring coordination across multiple projects and platforms. - Oversee vendor and stakeholder management, maintaining strong communication with executives, business leaders, and third-party partners. - Drive program governance through tools such as RACI matrix, RAID log, and Steering Committee meetings. - Ensure adherence to standards, processes, and regulatory requirements while providing timely program status updates. - Collaborate with account teams and product engineering to align delivery with business and client goals. - Manage cross-account prioritization, resource planning, and forecasting to optimize delivery capacity. - Deliver high-quality outcomes in areas including client satisfaction, quality, security, and operational efficiency. - Mentor, coach, and train staff to enhance performance, collaboration, and accountability. - Support change management, risk mitigation, and successful client rollout of solutions. - Uphold organizational policies, Code of Conduct, and regulatory obligations What you need: - Lead and manage complex healthcare payor programs and ecosystems, driving efficiency and measurable business outcomes. - Apply expertise in Program, Release, and Change Management along with SDLC and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions. - Build strong partnerships across Technology, Business, and Operations through clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement. - Successfully operate in an offshore delivery model, ensuring seamless global collaboration and delivery. - Drive planning, coordination, and problem resolution to remove blockers quickly and maintain program momentum. - Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring solutions enhance client satisfaction and operational performance. - Leverage experience with HealthEdge Payer platforms and managed care environments to optimize delivery (preferred). Educational Qualification - Bachelordegree or higher in business or technical field; 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT or Healthcare Management. ","
