Role description

Job Title: Program Delivery Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering large, complex programs within budget and schedule for a portfolio valued. Ensures adherence to delivery standards, drives governance, and manages cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-value programs, ensuring compliance with defined processes, quality standards, and governance models.

  • Manage portfolio P&L ($3–5M) and support annual growth targets of 10–15%.

  • Drive adoption of best-in-class delivery frameworks, engineering practices, RACI/RAID, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Engage with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and continuous value delivery.

  • Build and manage teams of 60–100 associates; provide mentoring, improve engagement, and strengthen capability development.

  • Optimize delivery processes, apply cost levers, and monitor financial performance to improve profitability.

  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct regular reviews to track milestones and ensure on-time execution.

  • Participate in SteerCo meetings and present program updates, risks, and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong program and project management experience in large-scale delivery environments.

  • Proven ability to manage P&L, financial planning, pricing models, and commercial strategies.

  • Expertise in digital transformation, solution structuring, and customer value realization.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and industry-standard delivery practices.
