What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits. Implementation of gen. ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing. Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as dynamic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts.
What are we looking for? • Lead the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance standards. • Collaborate with RTR Service Delivery Manager to define strategic direction and drive operational excellence. • Drive performance improvement plans, utilizing root cause analysis to address process gaps. • Uphold audit readiness by maintaining robust internal controls and financial integrity. • Monitor and manage SLAs and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed to meet delivery standards. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner for financial operations. • Lead and develop the R2R team, setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and providing regular feedback. • Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring effective integration into the team. • Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for transparent and aligned opportunities for an efficient operations. • Present dashboards and reports for client governance and leadership meetings. • Spearhead transformation initiatives, such as automation, standardization, and adoption of best practices. • Deep expertise in end-to-end RTR processes and financial reporting. • Proven leadership and team management experience in finance operations. • Strong client relationship management capabilities with a focus on trust and strategic alignment. • Proficient in managing SLAs, KPIs, and driving remediation strategies. • Experience in leading recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives. • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Adaptability and experience in driving change, transformation, and standardization projects. • Proficiency in developing and presenting dashboards and financial summaries for governance reviews. • Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and lead structured improvement initiatives. • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. • Professional certifications like CA, CMA, ICWA, M.Com, or ACCA are highly desirable. • 12–15 years of experience in the BPO industry with a focus on R2R operations. • 6–8+ years of team leadership experience, preferably across multiple teams and geographies.
