Delivery Head

Delivery & Execution Leadership:

Own the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions using RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate), AI/ML, and Data Science.

Establish and monitor KPIs, delivery SLAs, quality benchmarks, and cost optimization goals.

Ensure successful project delivery across multiple accounts with on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Act as an escalation point for project/program issues across automation engagements.

Solutioning & Technical Expertise:

Lead solution design and architecture for RPA, AI/ML, and intelligent automation proposals.

Collaborate with internal COEs to build reusable components and frameworks.

Stay updated on technology trends and evaluate new tools/platforms for automation and analytics.

Guide teams on best practices in Python scripting, bot development, AI model integration, and data pipelines.

Business Growth & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, and Client Partners for opportunity identification, proposal creation, and client presentations.

Drive automation assessments, PoCs, and pilots for enterprise clients.

Contribute to and lead the creation of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including effort estimation, costing, and solution narratives.

Manage practice-level revenue and profitability targets.

Practice Management & Talent Development:

Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of developers, architects, and analysts.

Develop and implement training and upskilling plans for the automation team.

Contribute to internal IP creation and evangelize automation across accounts.

Manage resource planning, hiring, budgeting, and workforce allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Deep hands-on experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Python.

Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, model lifecycle, and integration into business automation.

Exposure to data science, analytics, and AI-driven decision systems.

Leadership & Business Acumen:

5+ years of experience in leading automation delivery and solutioning.

Proven experience managing large teams, delivering complex programs, and handling multi-million dollar portfolios.

Strong understanding of RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, pricing models, and client solutioning strategies.

Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

Certification in RPA

Certification in AI/ML / Data Science (e.g., from Coursera, Microsoft, or AWS)

PMP / ITIL / SAFe certifications
