About The Company: Ara's client is the world’s leading managed services provider of AI-led quality engineering solutions. It helps brands transition through the digital assurance journey and make the move from conventional functional testing to adopt innovations such as automation, AI, blockchain, and XR. The Role: QA/QE Delivery Lead, COE (Director level) Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end QA/QE delivery for clients, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance. Manage large QA teams (40+ FTEs), drive performance, mentoring, and capability building. Act as senior delivery contact, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction. RFP responses, solution design, estimation, and proposal preparation for new opportunities. Identify new business opportunities, enhance QA offerings, and contribute to account growth. Implement best practices, automation, and innovation in testing; establish QA CoEs. Utilize onshore leadership experience to manage client relationships and global delivery. Provide executive updates on delivery health, risks, and performance metrics. Skills Required: Strong hands-on delivery experience in at least one of the following sectors: BFSI, Media & Entertainment, Education Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail & Consumer Goods. At least 5+ years of contiguous leadership experience in at least one of the above domain. Mandatory experience in QA/QE leadership. Hands-on experience with RFPs (Request for Proposals), solutioning, and related processes. Proven ability to lead large teams, with at least 40+ FTEs. Excellent communication skills. Onshore leadership experience at customer locations (for part of the career) is preferred, alongside delivery experience. Qualifications & Experience: Any Graduate 15+ Years of experience and 5+ years of contiguous leadership experience in BFSI, Media & Entertainment, Education Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail & Consumer Goods.
