Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions. Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality. Manage deployment of Salesforce changes across sandboxes and production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, etc.). Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Salesforce Connect is a plus. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II is a plus. Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
