Role & Responsibilities Sales Planning & Target Achievement Assist in setting sales targets for the team and individual agents. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and ensure achievement of sales goals. Support the Sales Manager in formulating and executing sales strategies. Team Management Lead and mentor a team of MDDSAs and agents. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement. Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines. Recruitment & Onboarding Identify and recruit new Motor Dealers and Individual Agents. Ensure smooth onboarding and initial training of new recruits. Training & Development Conduct regular training sessions on GCI products, sales...

1) Candidate will be responsible for direct sales of Demat accounts and Margin collection for Equity, Commodity and Currency from Bank Channel 2) Responsible for generating revenue from Insurance, Value pack & ACE ,TGS. 3) Responsible for cross sale product like MF and PMS. 4) Candidate will be responsible for new clients lead generation and as well as maintain relationship with previous clients. Should be from a Bancassurance channel - sourcing Demat Accounts, Life Insurance, MF Should be having core sales background and not into product development or Backend ops. Must have excellent communication skill and ok to travel.
