Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets as per the plan. Your key tasks will include implementing initiatives at the dealer level, building consumer and influencer connections, and gathering competitive intelligence data from the field. Visiting dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP) and building mutually beneficial relationships with dealers will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure dealer development and motivation towards Tata TISCON sales and generate an adequate sales funnel. - Promote new products/SKUs as planned. - Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Tata TISCON from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans. - Build consumer/influencer connections in the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers. - Guide dealer Field Executives as applicable. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of the geographical area and market trends would be advantageous. Please note that the job type is full-time with benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
