Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end reconciliation of HR data across systems such as Workday and SAP. Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring alignment between source and target systems.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and HR stakeholders to understand data flows and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI. Create reconciliation reports and audit logs to track data quality and resolution status.
  • Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects by validating data accuracy and completeness.
  • Document reconciliation processes, controls, and SOPs. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data integrity and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc HR reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports by validating against source systems. Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

  • Master’s/ bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR reporting, data reconciliation, data quality, or HCM data management.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and Power BI (building dashboards and reports).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Good to have: Experience with Workday and SAP.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and HR data structures.
  • Understanding of HR analytics concepts (headcount, attrition, compensation trends).
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Experience working in global HR environments with multiple data sources.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
