Data Reconciliation Expert

As a Data Reconciliation Specialist at Sandoz, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of P&O data across systems like Workday and SAP. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing end-to-end reconciliation of P&O data to ensure alignment between source and target systems. - Identifying, investigating, and resolving data discrepancies with collaboration from the technology team and other stakeholders. - Developing and maintaining reconciliation reports, audit logs, and documentation of reconciliation processes and SOPs. - Supporting data migration, integration, and transformation projects by validating data accuracy and completeness. - Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance data integrity and reduce manual effort. - Ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in data reconciliation, data quality, or HCM data management. - Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI. - Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar platforms. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or other data privacy regulations. - Experience in global HCM data environments. - Understanding of P&O processes such as onboarding, compensation, and organizational management.
