Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

System Development & Automation
Create and manage data systems, trackers, and dashboards using Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
Design and automate internal workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Develop MIS reports for management as required.
Google Tools Management
Design and manage Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Drive systems for internal data collection and sharing.
Create online data entry and approval systems for departmental coordination.
Software Installation & Maintenance
Coordinate installation, activation, and updates of software tools used across departments.
Maintain software license records and ensure compliance.
Support employees in installing and configuring applications on their systems.
Hardware & IT Support
Handle troubleshooting of desktops, printers, internet connectivity, and other IT-related hardware.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and repairs of IT equipment.
Ensure data backup, security, and smooth network operations.
General IT Administration
Support management in setting up new systems, email IDs, and office devices.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and accessories.
Provide training and assistance to staff for using office technology efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Computer Science, or related field).
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macro, Data Analysis).
Good command over Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Drive).
Hands-on knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
