Job Overview: As an Auction Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to auctions within the company. This includes identifying suitable auctions, participating in bidding processes, managing contracts and agreements, coordinating material pickup or delivery after winning bids, and ensuring compliance with auction regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Auction Identification: Research and identify suitable auctions relevant to the company's needs. Evaluate auction opportunities based on criteria such as pricing, quality, and delivery schedules. Bid Participation: Prepare and submit bids for auctions, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Monitor bidding processes and adjust strategies as needed to secure winning bids. Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with auction organizers or sellers. Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for material pickup or delivery after winning auctions. Work with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of auctioned goods. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with auction regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of auction activities, bids, contracts, and related documentation. Tender Management: Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders as required. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics related to auctioned goods. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support decision-making. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in auction management, procurement, or related roles. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data. Proficiency in MS Office and auction management software. Knowledge of auction regulations, industry best practices, and market trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
