Data Engineering Manager

You are required to have good problem-solving skills, business understanding, and client presence, with a professional experience of over 8 years. You should have at least 5 years of experience in leading and managing a client portfolio in the Data Engineering space. It is essential to understand business operations, challenges, and technologies used across business functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary contact point for clients on data engineering projects, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. - Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - Translating client requirements into technical solutions and project plans. - Overseeing the delivery of data engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive data solutions. - Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable data architectures tailored to client needs. - Staying updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in client projects. - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of data engineers to foster a high-performance culture. - Implementing data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. - Supporting business development efforts by contributing to proposals and presenting solutions to clients. You must have: - 8 to 12 years of data engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Experience in managing multiple complex data engineering projects concurrently. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations. - Exceptional project management skills, preferably with Agile methodologies. - A client-service mindset and willingness to take on challenging projects. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The interview process consists of 2-3 rounds, and this role requires 5 days of office work with no hybrid or remote options available.,
