Job Description

As a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager, you will lead the development, governance, and utilization of enterprise data systems. Your strategic leadership role will focus on ensuring seamless and secure flow of data across platforms and teams, enabling timely and accurate access to actionable insights. - Optimize data systems and infrastructure to support business intelligence and analytics - Implement best-in-class data governance, quality, and security frameworks - Lead a team of data and software engineers to develop cloud-native platforms - Support data-driven decision-making across the enterprise - Develop and enforce policies for effective data management - Design secure processes for data collection and analysis - Monitor data quality and lineage - Oversee data integration - Support internal stakeholders with data needs - Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks - Troubleshoot data-related issues - Evaluate new data tools and technologies - Automate cloud operations The required qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - 10-15 years of experience in enterprise data architecture or governance - Expertise in SQL and modern data tools - Deep understanding of AWS cloud services - Proficiency in scripting and CI/CD pipelines - Experience with ETL/ELT orchestration - Strong knowledge of DevOps practices Preferred experience in healthcare analytics or data environments and soft skills such as strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for continuous learning are also valued for this role.
