Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Data collection & management:
Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from internal platforms, CRMs, and external partners
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across sources
Performance analysis:
Analyze key metrics like container reuse rates, fill ratios, cost efficiency, fleet utilization, and engagement
Provide actionable insights to enhance logistics planning and team performance
Reporting & visualization:
Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau
Translate complex data into clear formats for leadership and functional teams
Predictive analytics & automation:
Develop forecasting models to anticipate trends, demand patterns, and resource needs
Support automation initiatives such as platform alerts, route optimization, and lead scoring
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work with sales, operations, product, and tech teams to turn data into business solutions
Convert business challenges into measurable, data-backed solutions
Process improvement:
Identify data flow inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements
Design SOPs and reusable templates for consistent data management and reporting
