Data Analytics Internship in Mumbai

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to support our eCommerce analytics team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with real-world data and help optimize performance across our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Google Analytics).Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic sources, cart abandonment, and customer lifetime value.Assist in creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.Perform cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to assess campaign and product performance.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions.Contribute to weekly/monthly performance reports.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with SQL and at least one data analysis tool (e.g., Python, R, Excel).Exposure to eCommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) is a plus.Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) is desirable.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
