.We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to drive operational excellence and deliver actionable insights within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. In this role, you will forecast workloads, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient operational performance while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will leverage advanced analytics, AI-powered tools, and data visualization to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This position offers the chance to influence decision-making, mentor peers, and contribute to the development of efficient, scalable processes. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex operational challenges, delivering high-quality insights, and supporting both strategic and day-to-day business objectives.

Accountabilities:

  • Forecast case volumes across multiple queues and channels using statistical and AI-based models to optimize staffing and workload distribution
  • Manage headcount and capacity planning to align resources with business needs and service level targets
  • Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics including time-to-resolution, cost per case, and service levels
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational changes, financial impact assessments, and service projections
  • Design, develop, and tailor reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders
  • Partner with operational teams to balance performance and resource allocation, ensuring high-quality customer experiences
  • Implement process improvements and operational innovations, leveraging AI tools and automation when appropriate

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or contact center operations
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and operational performance metrics with a customer-focused mindset
  • Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning tools in an operational context
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Quicksight
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) for complex data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field; experience mentoring others and driving continuous improvement initiatives
