As a Data Analyst, you will review, verify, and validate geographic and business data, ensuring that maps and navigation systems are reliable and up-to-date. Accountabilities
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Review mapping data to validate route accuracy, distances, and points of interest
- Verify business details such as names, opening hours, and addresses
- Conduct research to ensure geographic and cultural accuracy in local areas
- Apply multiple sets of instructions independently to complete mapping tasks
- Maintain high-quality work standards while working remotely and autonomously
- Participate in online assessments to demonstrate understanding of mapping concepts and tools
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of India's geography, culture, and local context
- Minimum of 5 consecutive years of residency in India
- Familiarity with search engines, map applications, and social media platforms
- Experience with postal codes (India Post) and street view tools
- Ability to work independently and follow multiple sets of instructions accurately
- Technical requirements: personal laptop/computer, unique login account, and up-to-date antivirus/malware protection
- Availability to work 10-20 hours per week depending on task volume
