Job Title: Data Analyst Company: P99Soft Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with over 3 years of experience in data-driven environments to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with large datasets, and proficiency in data visualization and automation to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, detect anomalies, and deliver actionable business insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, performance metrics, and strategic goals.Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs and business outcomes.Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases.Apply data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation techniques to ensure high data accuracy and reliability.Automate data collection and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.Conduct root cause analysis to support strategic initiatives and improve business performance.Document methodologies, results, and recommendations to support transparent and repeatable analysis. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Experience working with large datasets (50GB+), optimizing queries, and scalable data handling.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
