● Build and maintain Customer Lifetime Value models. Develop analytics capabilities and models
for customer acquisition and retention including but not limited to the website.
● Collaborate with business and marketing teams to refine our user acquisition and retention
strategies through developing marketing attribution analytics.
● Collect requirements, develop technical strategy, and build the data products and services that
power Nua.
● Responsible for analyzing large data sets to develop multiple custom models and algorithms to
drive innovative business solutions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the business.
● Conduct advanced statistical analysis to determine trends and significant data relationships.
● Serve data models as a product to the entire organization, including design, implementation
and debugging.
● Develop models of current state in order to determine improvements needed.
● Research new techniques and best practices within the industry.
● 2+ years of B2C Analytics experience
● Tier-1 engineering college graduate/MBA
● Experience in creating, collecting, analyzing and communicating business insights from data
● Experience working on metrics such as retention, churn, engagement and marketing analytics
● Excellent SQL and data warehouse skills; experience writing complex queries on large data
sets and deriving actionable insights
● Experience in Python
● Experience in Statistical techniques (R, hypothesis testing)
● Experience in data modelling and warehousing
● Experience with tools such as
● Expertise with data visualization, report building, and dashboard tools (e.g.,
● Tableau, Google Analytics and Clevertap)
● Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
● Strong written and oral communication skills
● Outstanding attention to detail
● Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations
Research, Economics, Mathematics or related field
● Background in hands on statistical analysis and familiarity with core statistical
● functions, including multivariate regression, correlation models, and analysis of variance
● Knows correlation from causation, can identify and manage biases in data, and understands
the implications of sample size on the interpretation of results
