Work Schedule

• 6 Day Working Week
  
• Rotational shifts / Fixed shifts depending on process
  
• Prefer candidates who are flexible with speaking / communication as needed

• Qualifications:

  Undergraduate, Graduate — all are eligible
• Good Communication Skills (Hindi &/or English)

Role / Responsibilities

• Handling

  Domestic BPO

  process
• Listening to / taking customer calls or resolving issues via voice (and possibly chats)
  
• Understanding customer queries & providing solutions
  
• Maintaining good customer satisfaction & adhering to call quality / SOPs
  
• Basic documentation / updating data related to customer issues
  
• Following up, escalation as required
