About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Support Representatives to join our growing global support team. You will be responsible for assisting customers across international markets, ensuring timely resolution of queries, and delivering an exceptional service experience that reflects our company’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone from international clients.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction within defined SLAs.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Good English communication skills — both written and spoken.
• Fresher candidates can apply
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (depending on region supported).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
