Age should be between 18 to 35 years. Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs. Long leaves will not be allowed in the first 3 months. 5 days working per week. 3-month paid training with a certification round. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns via voice or chat support. Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate resolutions. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards. Log and document interactions accurately in the CRM system. Available Roles & Salary (CTC): Domestic Process: 1.8 LPA to 2.04 LPA (including performance-linked incentives). International Chat Support: Up to 3.12 LPA (including performance-linked incentives). International Voice Support: Up to 3.36 LPA (including performance-linked incentives).
