Salary - 21k CTC - 30K CTC (Depending upon the experience) + Performance Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
