Handle inbound/outbound calls and queries related to airline bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage, check-in, and other travel-related concerns.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate from a recognized institution.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Prior experience in an airline or travel process (for experienced roles).
Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn are welcome.
Shift & Working Hours:
Male Candidates: Rotational shifts 24/7 coverage (including night shifts).
Female Candidates: Any 9-hour day shift, latest shift ending at 8 PM (no night shift).
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off (as per roster)
