About the Role

Customer Success Manager


What You’ll Do


Project Management & Customer Success

  • Act as the single point of contact for all client communications and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring positive experiences, loyalty, and project success.
  • Support clients

    through onboarding and provide timely solutions to any challenges.
  • Handle escalations professionally

    , collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Create engagement strategies and coordinate between Vajra Global teams and clients.
  • Manage

    SOWs, SLAs, project plans, KPIs

    , and compliance requirements.
  • Present

    monthly and quarterly reports

    , representing teams in client meetings.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and communication across all client touchpoints.
  • Identify short-term and long-term marketing issues and propose actionable solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services

    , while proactively generating leads from existing relationships.


Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing in B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Moz, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong content creation, editing, and quality assurance skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent

    verbal and written English

    (knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
  • Strong

    interpersonal skills

    to collaborate effectively with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across projects under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial, displaying ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working with

    global clients.

  • Strong project and client management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on

    customer needs

    and solutions.
  • Effective collaboration across internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn and a keen interest in scaling up professionally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years

    of experience in customer success, with at least 2 years in an agency role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Masters in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Certifications in HubSpot, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn marketing tools, SEO, SMM, or Inbound Marketing are a plus.
