We transform standard CCTV systems into proactive tools that enhance safety and efficiency for clients in key sectors like education, manufacturing, corporates ,hospitality, and retail.

Job Responsibilities

Own POC and post-sales for a portfolio; drive onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansion.
Run deployments for camera-based classroom/lab/gate attendance; coordinate with IT/Networks & partners.
Define success plans (accuracy, SLAs), train admins/faculty/ops, and publish how-to docs.
Lead QBRs/MBRs; show value (accuracy, exception reduction, audit readiness).
Be the VoC: log product requests; close the loop with Product/Engineering.

Job Requirements

2–4 years
in CSM/Account Management for SaaS or Video/IoT/AI.
Comfortable with CCTV basics (RTSP, ONVIF, PoE, NVR/VMS), SSO/REST APIs, and data/reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Process- and metrics-oriented; startup pace.
