Description
As a Customer Success Executive at Zenatix, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of clients. Your responsibilities will include on-boarding and training SPOCs for optimal use of Zenatix solutions, engaging with clients throughout project phases, ensuring timely communication, delivering promised results within communicated time frames, handling customer escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Actively engage with clients throughout project phases - Ensure timely communication and delivery of promised results - Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction - Focus on achieving revenue targets and managing key customers - Build long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities - Plan and execute projects, set milestones, manage risks, and coordinate with internal teams - Maintain project health by ensuring smooth functioning of deployed solutions, addressing issues promptly, and gathering feedback from customers - Advocate for customers" feedback within Zenatix and build trust and transparency with them Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of relevant professional experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's preferred) - Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills - Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal direction Zenatix is a leading provider of IoT-based automation and monitoring solutions with over 2000 deployments across 200+ cities in India.
