Role Overview

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via
calls, emails, social media, and chat platforms
.
Manage
order status, exchanges, refunds, and returns
in line with company policies.
Handle
customer escalations
calmly and resolve them with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using
CRM tools (e.g., LimeChat, Gorgias, Freshdesk)
.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, retail, marketing, and warehouse) for quick resolution.
Track and report customer feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement areas.
Support campaigns, new launches, and special events by handling high-volume customer communication.
Contribute to
SOP improvements
for faster, smoother customer support processes.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in
customer service
within
retail, e-commerce, or D2C
sectors.
Excellent communication in
English and Hindi
(Marathi is a plus).
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., LimeChat, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Shopify).
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Flexible to work
12 PM – 9 PM shift
and weekends (weekly off on rotation).
