As a Customer Service Representative at Mindtel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and courteous technical support. - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. - Educating customers about our products and services. - Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved. - Collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience. - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the relevant team members. - Working on continuous improvement initiatives for the customer service process. - Participating in training and development sessions to enhance skills. - Providing feedback to management regarding product and service improvements. - Meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics. - Assisting with onboarding new team members. - Staying updated on product knowledge and customer service standards. - Contributing to a positive team environment.
