Order Processing: Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders in the ERP system -SAP, while ensuring compliance with pricing, contract terms, and inventory availability. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for order-related queries, providing timely updates on order status, delivery timelines, or issues. Issue Resolution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Warehousing) to resolve order discrepancies, shipment delays, or returns. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate order records, shipping documents, and internal reports. Monitor KPIs such as order cycle time, order accuracy, and fill rate. Compliance & Controls: Ensure all orders are processed in line with internal controls, compliance standards, and audit requirements. Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships. What are we looking for?
