Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
Make outbound calls to customers for sales promotion and upselling opportunities.
Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
0-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or related field.
Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Proficiency in cold calling, cross selling, upselling techniques.
