Job Description

WALKAROO INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD is looking for Customer Sales Associate to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex customer issues.
