Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and expanding the international export business in African countries. Your main focus will be on new business development, strengthening existing operations, and ensuring top-notch customer support for all current export activities. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of African markets, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with distributors, partners, and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across African countries. - Develop strategic plans for entering new markets, including conducting market research, competitor analysis, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. - Gain a deep understanding of the product, market potential, and growth strategies. - Cultivate relationships with potential partners, agents, and distributors. - Monitor and analyze sales trends and performance. - Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations. - Assist with tenders, documentations, and shipments in existing countries. - Provide training and continuous support to distributors and local teams. - Propose and implement strategies for growth in current markets. - Serve as the main point of contact for all export-related customer inquiries. - Manage post-sales support, including order follow-up, documentation, and handling complaints. - Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in export business development, preferably in healthcare or medical devices. - Strong understanding of international trade laws, INCOTERMS, and export documentation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business formats. - Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.,
