At Garden Flavours Co Pvt Ltd , we craft innovative flavours that bring food and beverages to life. As we grow, we’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will play a key role in client engagement and feedback report on samples to ensure successful product adoption. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients receiving flavour samples. Proactively follow up with customers to gather structured feedback on trials and applications. Coordinate with the R&D and Sales teams to refine flavours based on customer inputs. Maintain detailed records of feedback, preferences, and performance in CRM tools. Build trust and rapport to ensure smooth transition from sampling to commercial orders. Ideal Candidate: 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in food ingredients, FMCG, flavours, or chemicals). Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
