Customer Relationship Specialist

As a Customer Relationship Specialist at YaClass, an online education tool based in Chennai, your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, effective communication, utilizing analytical skills, and delivering excellent customer service daily. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns related to academic services. - Maintain a Google rating of 4.7 and collect 50 Google reviews per month for reputation management. - Collect 1 video testimonial per week from satisfied customers, ensuring high-quality content. - Generate 8 referral sales per week through customer engagement and referrals for sales & referrals. - Assist in creating social media videos (e.g., Reels, Stories) and act in video content promoting testimonials and brand messaging for video marketing. - Track KPIs such as review volume, sales, and customer satisfaction, and report progress for reporting & KPIs.
