Job Description

You will be responsible for generating and augmenting AMC revenue by keeping track of warranty/AMC expiry dates, establishing relationships with end customers, reaching out to decision makers, and strategizing bid management with the Manager - Customer Success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Keeping a tab on expiry of warranty/AMC period for various orders - Establishing working relationships and interactions with end customers - Initiating AMC discussions with clients and ensuring receipt of AMC orders continuously - Working with the Manager - Customer Success for bid management and sharing necessary quotations - Following up on quotations/proposals sent - Managing account relationships, effective account mapping, and demand generation - Ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery/service quality Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation/Post Graduation in any field, with Technical Education being an added advantage - 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate AMC Revenue Generation, preferably in the IT software/hardware sales industry - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with experience in SAP being preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills - Proven ability to interact with CXO-level individuals - Ability to understand clients' needs and offer appropriate solutions Desired personality traits for this role include: - Self-drive and result orientation - Strong work ethics and sense of commitment - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment In this role, your key performance indicators will include revenue generation through new AMC contracts and renewals, as well as ensuring continuity of services availed by customers post-warranty period.
