Technical Trainer

You will be joining our team as a Technical Trainer, where your primary focus will be on providing effective training programs for our attendance and access control systems. Your role will involve collaborating with product development teams to understand the technical aspects of our solutions and developing training materials tailored to different audiences. You will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions both on-site and remotely for customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include: Training Program Development: - Collaborating with product development teams to understand the technical aspects of our attendance and access control solutions. - Designing and creating training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and online resources tailored to different audiences. - Customizing training programs for customers, system integrators, and internal employees based on their specific needs and skill levels. Training Delivery: - Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for customers, both on-site and remotely. - Training internal teams (sales, support, installation) on product knowledge, technical skills, and troubleshooting. - Ensuring that all training sessions are clear, informative, and tailored to the skill level of the audience. Documentation: - Developing and maintaining comprehensive training documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and technical resources. - Keeping training materials up to date with the latest product developments and industry trends. Evaluation & Feedback: - Gathering feedback from trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. - Using feedback and industry best practices to continuously enhance training materials and methods. Industry Awareness: - Staying informed about the latest technological trends, product innovations, and industry updates to ensure that training content remains relevant and accurate. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience in a technical trainer role or similar position within the technology sector. - In-depth knowledge of attendance and access control systems, including both hardware and software components. - Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. - Experience in creating training content and materials for diverse audiences. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail. - Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality training experiences. - Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions (if required). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) are a plus.,
