In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, driving retention, and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and sales. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create personalized campaigns, analyze customer data, and ensure the CRM system is optimized for business success. Key Responsibilities : CRM Strategy & Management : Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer loyalty and increase sales. Analyze customer data to create targeted and effective campaigns. Customer Segmentation : Segment customer database to personalize marketing efforts based on demographics, purchase history, and behavior. Optimize segmentation strategies for improved targeting. Campaign Development : Design and manage customer engagement campaigns including email, SMS, and loyalty programs. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and product launches. Customer Retention : Create and manage customer loyalty programs. Develop post-purchase engagement plans to encourage repeat business. CRM System Optimization : Maintain and update CRM database to ensure accurate and timely customer information. Regularly monitor and optimize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for performance. Reporting & Analysis : Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns using key metrics (e.g., customer retention, conversion rates). Prepare reports on customer behavior and campaign results for senior management. Collaboration : Work with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide training and support to teams on CRM tools and customer engagement best practices. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM management or related roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data for strategy formulation. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills : Familiarity with Google Analytics or other data analysis tools.
